Office of Information Technology

The Office of Information Technology supports the constantly changing high-technology environment of CGTC by providing comprehensive technology services to advance instruction, college services, and business processes for students, faculty, staff, administration, and the community. The Office of IT works together with the college community by assisting with technology initiatives, planning, securing resources, exploring new technology, and implementing and maintaining technology projects. The Office of IT strives to meet the needs of its stakeholders by staying current with industry changes and receiving input from all parties and the community, along with technology experts. The staff of the Office of Information Technology reports to the Vice President of Information Technology.

Technology Services

accessCGTC	accessCGTC is a centralized location for email, announcements, calendaring, groups, course information, and other services for current students.
ANGEL Learning	ANGEL Learning is an online course site that enables instructors to manage course materials and to communicate with students for online, web-enabled, and hybrid classes.
BannerWeb	BannerWeb is your source for Registration, Student Records, Financial Aid, Charges and Payments. BannerWeb also is used by instructors for CAPP.
Student Secure Area	The Student Secure Area provides students with access to a variety of information and forms.
